Outside: 52" wide 53" deep 86high. Inside: 40-1/2" wide 44" deep 72 high.

Unit draws 52 amps of power. Requires 220v single phase 3 wire for hook up. Max temp 500 degs F. Sheeted inside and outside with galvanized sheet metal. Metal frame member every 12" or 16" based on position of frame.

NOT light gauge metal building studs. Walls, top and bottom are 3-3/4 thick and insulated with 1200 deg mineral wool. FLAT FLOOR FOR ROLLING IN CARTS.

Cam lock latches allow for quick "in and out". Circulation fan helps to remove hot spots inside oven. Equipped with a digital controller with inside temp reading and set points.

Wiring is ran to each heater separate to allow easy troubleshooting if a problem arises. 3 expanded metal shelves allow you to sit parts inside , shelves are removable. Trolley on the ceiling allows you to roll parts into the oven via a over head trolley system.

6x6 window mounted in center of the door allows you to look inside oven to watch for "flow out". Inside light assembly helps to view parts inside. This oven is the loaded version to our base oven, allowing you to powder coat just about anything you have in mind, whether it be wheels, motorcycle frames, small parts, etc.
