This oven is BIG, it may not seem it but you can easily fit a set of 4 17 wheels in it. With careful racking you can actually put 2 sets of wheels in it. Plenty big enough to do the average hard tail harley frame. Plenty big enough for the average garage coater.

Most customers dont really estimate how big the oven is till they get it. The specs of this oven are.

Outside: 52" wide 53" deep 83high. Inside: 40-1/2" wide 44" deep 72 high........... YES 6FT TALL , plenty tall enough for bike frames...... Alot of people refer to this size as a 4x4x6 but its not we give actual inside dimensions. Max temp 500 degs F.

Average heat up time on 240v is 20-25 mins to 400 degrees EMPTY. Depending on part load metal density it will take a longer time to heat up. ALWAYS watch part metal temp. Requires 220v single phase 3 wire for hook up {2 hot legs , 1 neutral , 1 ground}. Please note these require 240v single phase power.

If you have lower voltage such as 208-220 it is recommended to do a heater upgrade. Or if you want additional heating power on 240v that can be offered for 175.00 extra.

Sheeted inside and outside with galvanized sheet metal.......... Metal frame member every 12" or 16" based on position of frame. NOT light gauge metal building studs. Walls top and bottom are 3-3/4 thick and insulated with 1200 deg mineral wool insulation. Equipped with a digital controller with inside temp reading and set points.

Cam lock latches allow for quick "in and out". FLAT floor so you can push carts into the oven. Wiring is ran to each heater separate to allow easy troubleshooting if a problem arises. Unit is equipped with a digital PID temperature controller , just set your temperature you want the oven to go to and it will maintain that temperature. No fans, units work great without a fan.

Lead time of approx 2 weeks.. We let the customer arrange frieght on there end so they are paying the exact frieght rate and can be in better contact with the trucking company. If you have any other questions please ask.
