Lead times do exist, current lead is 3 weeks. The listing may state "1" unit. Dont waste our time and we wont waste yours. These ovens are better than some of the other cheaper ovens being offered , welded steel framing , wiring ran outside of the unit , hinges welded to main supports , not bolted to light gauge framing. This oven is BIG, it may not seem it but you can easily fit a set of 4 17 wheels in it. With careful racking you can actually put 2 sets of wheels in it. Plenty big enough to do the average hard tail harley frame. Plenty big enough for the average garage coater.

Most customers dont really estimate how big the oven is till they get it. The specs of this oven are.

Outside: 52" wide 53" deep 88high. Inside: 40-1/2" wide 44" deep 84 high........... YES 7FT TALL , plenty tall enough for bike frames......

Alot of people refer to this size as a 4x4x6 but its not we give actual inside dimensions. Unit draws 52 amps of power...... 12kw heating system on 240v {4 heaters}.

Max temp 500 degs F. Average heat up time on 240v is 20 mins to 400 degrees EMPTY. Depending on part load metal density it will take a longer time to heat up.

ALWAYS watch part metal temp. Requires 220v single phase 3 wire for hook up {2 hot legs , 1 neutral , 1 ground}. Sheeted inside and outside with galvanized sheet metal. Metal frame member every 12" or 16" based on position of frame. Heavy duty heater guards now being installed in ovens after 12-01-17.

NOT light gauge metal building studs. Jig welded frame, frames are not screwed or bolted together like others.

Walls top and bottom are 3-3/4 thick with 1200 deg mineral wool insulation. Equipped with a digital controller with inside temp reading and set points. Cam lock latches allow for quick "in and out". FLAT floor so you can push carts into the oven. Wiring is ran to each heater separate to allow easy troubleshooting if a problem arises.

Unit is equipped with a digital PID temperature controller , just set your temperature you want the oven to go to and it will maintain that temperature. Circulation fan standard on ovens.
