Set (5) Off-Center Picture Frames Minimalist Manhattan Powder coated Metal Blue
They are powder coated steel in the Oceal Blue color. They measure 13 X 13-in and have grooves to hang in three different directions. They fit 5 X 7-in pictures. They have areas with scratches in the finish - please see pictures for examples.
I tried to take a pictures of the worst areas. Glass was likely replaced- it looks hand cut and is jagged on the edges but does not show when installed.
