Steelman 4'x4'x4' Industrial Walk in Oven Gas Fired 450F Curing Powder Coating
Used STEELMAN Walk-in oven with double door opening, insulated floor with wheel guide channels and rear mounted heater/fan chamber. Oven has a hinged access door in ceiling to accommodate a work load such as a motor or transformer coil suspended into the work area by a hoist. Heated air is circulated within work area by two 1/3 hp direct driven fans. A 1/3 HP exhaust fan is located in rear of oven.
Burner is equipped with fan, spark ignition, pilot, flame supervision and safety shut-off valve. Oven can be used for heating & curing operations up to 450 F and includes a roll-in rack with (3) shelves. NOTE; OVEN WILL REQUIRE SOME MINOR REPAIRS TO MAKE UNIT OPERATIONAL INCLUDING SOME REWIRING IN CONTROL PANEL - THERE ARE TWO LOOSE WIRES.
DOOR HAS A DENT IN FRONT AND DOOR LATCH WILL NEED TO BE ADJUSTED. THERE ARE SOME SPARE PARTS INCLUDED WITH OVEN.Work Area; 48"W x 48"H x 48L. Overall Dimensions; 69"W x 62"H x 89L. Maximum Operating Temperature; 450 F.
Power Requirements; Gas fired, 200,000 BTU/Hr. Controls; Partlow indicating temperature control, Partlow hi-limit control , process timer. Please study the photos as they are considered part of the description & condition. Unit can be inspected in our South Windsor, CT warehouse by appointment.
Weight; Approx 2,500 lbs. Will require open trailer, large machine. We will load at no charge. Can also be picked up at our warehouse in South Windsor, CT.
